When I decided to become a full time Real Estate Professional,
I had a basic business philosophy. This philosophy was, and still is, to offer superior service on an individual basis in
order to develop a loyal customer base. These customers would not only consider me their personal Real Estate Agent, but would
also have the confidence to refer me to their friends, relatives, neighbors, and business associates.
Every client has a different set of needs and goals. It is my job
to help you identify those goals and achieve them. If you are considering buying or selling real estate in the area, please

Born and
raised in Greenville, SC. I graduated from J.L. Mann High School in 1980 and attended Furman University in the fall and majored
in music. My real estate career began in 1983 in Greenville, SC with ERA Joy
Real Estate. After a move to North Myrtle Beach I began working in vacation and annual rentals until 1995 when ERA Atlantic Realty was created. I made my way to Loris in 1997 when I married Stewart Fowler, which is about 25 miles off the beach and borders Tabor City, NC. In 1998 we joined forces, and became Atlantic Realty & Construction. We specialize in residential sales, land sales, rentals, home improvements, home inspections and the sale of commercial and residential steel buildings!

When I am not selling real estate I enjoy time with my husband,
teaching water fitness classes or singing in the choirs at Tabor City Baptist Church. I enjoy puzzles and games that use the
mind. I also enjoy hunting and support Clemson football. GO TIGERS
