HOME INSPECTIONS	A Home Inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation. The standard home inspection report will include an evaluation of the plumbing and electrical system, the roof, attic, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, crawl space or basement, and exterior siding.   We recommend that our sellers as well as our buyers have a home inspection done.  Our sellers and discover and correct any existing problems before the house goes under contract.
